Are You Ready To Take the Challange?

Bio

Life can sure feel overwhelming at times. And when it gets that way, you might find yourself feeling stuck, frustrated, or weighed down by experiences that are hard to name—let alone talk about. If this is true for you, know that you are not alone. Many people struggle in silence, especially after trauma, and reaching out for support can feel intimidating. My goal is to offer a safe, grounded, and compassionate space where people can truly begin their healing journey. Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, calming, and easy to talk to—qualities that help them feel comfortable enough to explore their experiences and move forward at their own pace.

I earned my Master of Science in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling in 2011 and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2009. I also have a Master’s degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Epidemiology in 2013.I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, sexual addiction, PTSD, the aftereffects of childhood molestation, grief and loss, and addiction, including co-occurring and codependency concerns.

I also specialize in strengthening connection and understanding within relationships. Using the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, I help couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect—even after an affair. As a Certified Anger Management Specialist, I assist clients in understanding the roots of their anger and developing healthier, more effective responses.

I look forward to walking alongside you and helping you create meaningful, lasting change.
